    Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Bulgaria.
    Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days for inventory preparation and quality inspection after placing an order (excluding weekends and holidays).
    Transportation time: The duration of international transportation varies by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 20 working days (subject to factors such as customs and weather).
    Total delivery time: It is expected to take 3 to 7 weeks from placing an order to receiving the goods. Please plan your purchase in advance.
  2. Delivery range and cost
    Coverage area: Global delivery (may be restricted in some countries/regions, automatically verified on the checkout page).
    Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods. The final amount is displayed on the settlement page.
    Free shipping policy: Orders over 150 euros enjoy free shipping within the European Union (subject to adjustment during promotion periods, please refer to the website announcement for details).
  3. Logistics tracking and notification
    After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number. You can track the package through the official website of [carrier name (such as DHL/EMS)].
    If you do not receive shipping notice within 7 days, please check your spam folder or contact pathyallowial@teasetscn.com.
  4. Customs and Taxes
    International orders may incur customs duties/import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient. The specific fees are subject to the local customs policies.
    We are unable to estimate or pay the customs duties on your behalf. It is recommended that you check the customs regulations of the destination in advance.
  5. Delayed or lost handling
    Transportation delay: If the package is not delivered within the expected time limit, please contact us for assistance in checking.
    Lost package: After confirming the loss, you can choose to get a refund or resend it (an investigation document from the carrier is required).
