After the product is unsealed or used;
Due to the customer’s subjective reasons (such as changes in color, size preferences, etc.);
Order cancellations not caused by quality issues (confirmation of demand upon payment). - Quality issue handling
If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation or have functional defects (please provide video/photo proof before opening), please contact our customer service email: pathyallowial@teasetscn.com within 24 hours after signing for receipt. We will verify for you and negotiate a solution (such as reissue or partial compensation). - Precautions
